J.P.Parkinson Architectural Model Making is based in the heart of Suffolk with easy access to East Anglia and beyond. Having gained invaluable experience working in London with two long established model making firms, the formation of J.P.Parkinson Architectural Model Making fulfils a long-standing ambition.
Based in a large, purpose built, fully equipped workshop and studio, the aim is to produce high quality, aesthetically pleasing models built to meet the individual specific needs of the client. Whether it is a competition, presentation, design development, site or town plan model, all work is undertaken with the same care and finesse. This is achieved by using a range of materials including Perspex, timber and resins to maximise visual impact and provide clients with a model that stands out through the use of colour and media.
"The aim of J.P.Parkinson Architectural Model Making is not only to make but also design models, exploring different techniques and processes in order to obtain the best possible results."
